📋 Description
• Provide patient-centered neurological rehabilitation in patients’ homes and communities • Evaluate and treat impairments involving speech and language, executive functioning, cognition, dysphagia, and augmentative communication • Create and implement integrated treatment plans as part of interdisciplinary teams • Use creative, evidence-based activities to address functional goals • Build patients’ skills and support durable outcomes across the continuum from severe brain injury to job readiness
🎯 Requirements
• Completion of Master’s degree in Speech Pathology • State licensure is required • Certificate of clinical competence from ASHA is required • Experience in the treatment of neurologically related disorders is strongly preferred • Excellent planning, organization, writing, and time management skills • Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers • Work in San Gabriel, CA and surrounding areas • PRN availability
