📋 Description

• Conduct investigations into fraud, potential testing misconduct, and score validity issues for College Board assessments • Manage cases identified through post-administration analyses, tips, reports, web monitoring, and social media monitoring • Compile relevant evidence and conduct interviews of impacted individuals as needed • Collaborate with the investigative team and internal teams to gather evidence and apply consistent evidentiary standards • Enhance investigative analyses and processes through in-depth analysis of available data and tools • Complete investigations of testing misconduct across College Board digital-based assessments within required timelines • Provide case adjudication recommendations to managers based on evidence including telemetry, data analytics, interviews, and social media detections • Review hotline tips and internal referrals for actionable information and next steps • Collaborate with Information Security, Platform Threat Intelligence, Data Science, and Psychometrics teams • Complete pre-exam data analytics to identify higher-risk test takers and implement mitigation measures • Conduct post-exam analyses within 30 days to identify risk trends in international markets and higher-risk states • Respond to customers’ test security inquiries using the structured communications framework • Discuss investigative findings with students, parents or legal guardians, and educators when appropriate • Travel and conduct test-day observations at worldwide test centers • Conduct overt and covert surveillance across social media to detect, mitigate, and investigate exam-material postings • Review suspected content images detected by the web patrol vendor and initiate investigations • Support development and implementation of an enhanced content exposure strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Experience conducting thorough investigations into fraud and misconduct issues, preferably in educational or assessment settings • Skilled in advanced search techniques, social media platforms, and digital tools to gather, analyze, and interpret data • Adept critical thinking skills, including using data to inform decisions and actions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Experience facilitating meetings and presenting remotely and in person to groups of 15 or more • Proven ability to build relationships and influence others to action • Experience in data analysis and evidence gathering and analysis • Experience with data analysis tools such as Salesforce or Power BI preferred • Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Ability to travel domestically 5–7 times a year • Ability to travel internationally 3–4 times a year • Authorization to work in the United States • Passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, willingness to adopt AI-driven solutions, and comfort learning new digital tools independently • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Learner’s mindset and commitment to growth • Drive for impact and excellence, including data-informed decision-making • Collaborative and empathetic approach
