• Define and steward the enterprise vision for College Board’s staff intranet, myBoard, as the authoritative source of enterprise guidance • Own information architecture, including navigation, metadata, templates, page types, and structural standards • Establish expectations for content belonging on the intranet versus other channels • Continuously evolve intranet structures based on staff information-seeking behavior • Serve as editorial owner for staff intranet content • Establish and enforce editorial and content standards for enterprise-wide content • Edit, synthesize, restructure, or retire high-impact enterprise content • Ensure staff-facing content is clear, actionable, and answers core execution questions • Partner with communications, Enterprise Rhythm, and stakeholders on the enterprise content calendar • Establish governance for content ownership, review cycles, and quality standards • Clarify canonical information, ownership, and maintenance responsibilities • Partner with enterprise content owners to improve guidance quality and sustainability • Navigate competing priorities and incomplete information using judgment • Design information flows across the intranet, collaboration tools, announcements, and shared workspaces • Define when to centralize, curate, summarize, cross-link, or automate content • Use metadata, tagging, and audience targeting to improve discovery and reduce maintenance • Partner with Technology on platform configuration, integrations, and performance • Use automation to support content currency, governance, and discovery • Analyze feedback, search behavior, and usage signals to identify gaps • Iterate structures and standards as organizational needs, tools, and priorities evolve • Report to the Senior Director, Digital Workplace within the Office of the CEO
• 5+ years of experience in intranet leadership, information architecture, content strategy, digital workplace, knowledge systems, or enterprise platforms in complex organizations • Demonstrated ability to design and steward enterprise knowledge hubs that staff use and trust • Strong editorial judgment and writing skills • Experience clarifying, synthesizing, and polishing complex guidance for staff audiences • Experience establishing and enforcing editorial and content standards • Comfort operating in messy, evolving information environments • Fluency designing information flows across multiple channels • Experience using systems, metadata, audience targeting, and automation to improve information discovery and content currency • Track record partnering with senior leaders and content owners and influencing without formal authority • Strong collaboration skills with Technology partners • Systems mindset and attention to detail • Ability to move between strategic intent and hands-on execution • Commitment to College Board’s mission • Ability to travel 2–4 times a year for College Board business • Passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work • Authorization to work in the United States for any employer • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions • Willingness to learn and apply new digital tools independently and proactively • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Learner’s mindset and commitment to growth • Ability to welcome diverse perspectives and give and receive timely, respectful feedback • Ability to solve complex problems, make data-informed decisions, and prioritize effectively • Collaborative and empathetic approach
