📋 Description

• Build efficient, scalable reporting tools and systems that reduce manual reporting efforts • Standardize key metrics so leaders share an understanding of performance and success • Design real-time dashboards and reporting across programs, channels, and teams • Ensure Tableau, Salesforce, AWS, and vendor platforms are used consistently for decision-making • Translate complex operational datasets into dashboards and visualizations with clear, actionable insights • Identify and correct data quality and structural issues in large operational datasets • Identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend specific corrective actions • Serve as the go-to resource for translating data into business-relevant insights and recommendations • Field reporting and analytics requests from across the team and through intake • Proactively identify opportunities to improve performance and influence priorities • Shift reporting from retrospective summaries to forward-looking insights • Create and prepare the insight layer for Business Reviews with senior leadership • Highlight risks and tradeoffs and drive clear decisions and follow-up actions • Surface trends and emerging risks before they affect performance • Partner cross-functionally with Technology, Operations, and Program teams to improve data quality and accessibility

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 3+ years’ experience with tools such as Tableau, AWS, Python, SQL, and Salesforce • Strong working knowledge of Tableau, including dashboard design, calculated fields, and visualizations • Technical ability to connect to and integrate backend data sources, including SQL databases, APIs, and data warehouses • Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas and pivot tables • Strong data visualization capabilities • Experience working with large datasets and translating them into actionable insights • Strong consultative, analytical, planning, and organizational skills • Strong prioritization skills and ability to reorganize workflows for emerging requests • Ability to work effectively in undefined situations and create clarity and a path forward • Commitment to College Board’s mission • Ability to travel 4–6 times a year to College Board offices or on behalf of College Board business • Authorization to work in the United States • Passion for expanding educational and career opportunities and mission-driven work • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills • Learner’s mindset and commitment to growth • Drive for impact and excellence • Collaborative and empathetic approach • Relevant Tableau, Data Analyst, and Salesforce certifications preferred • Experience working in or with call center operations preferred
