📋 Description

• Assist with preparation of SEC filings, including 8-Ks, 10-Qs, and 10-Ks, including XBRL tagging • Prepare financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and other disclosures under U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements • Create workpapers, analyses, and disclosure checklists supporting company disclosures • Collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders on SEC filings • Ensure SOX compliance across financial reporting and related processes • Interface with external auditors and facilitate audit procedures over SEC filings • Conduct ad hoc disclosure benchmarking research of peer companies • Prepare share-based compensation entries, reconciliations, and equity-related analyses for month-end close • Use artificial intelligence to enhance financial reporting and technical accounting processes • Participate in technical accounting, SEC reporting workstreams, and ad hoc projects • Progress toward independently completing 10-Q and 10-K filings, supporting schedules, disclosures, process improvements, and reporting calendars

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent business degree • 2-5+ years of relevant industry or public accounting experience • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure and reporting requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Experience with SEC reporting software such as Workiva is a plus • CPA license or actively working towards obtaining license is preferred • Strong attention to detail • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to take on new challenges • Must be eligible to work in the United States; E-Verify participation may apply in certain locations
