📋 Description

• Assist with preparation of SEC filings, including 8-Ks, 10-Qs, and 10-Ks, and associated XBRL tagging • Prepare financial statements, footnotes, MD&A, and other disclosures under U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements • Create workpapers, analyses, and disclosure checklists • Collaborate with Legal, Investor Relations, Finance, and Accounting stakeholders • Ensure SOX compliance in financial reporting processes • Interface with external auditors and facilitate audit procedures • Conduct ad hoc disclosure benchmarking research • Prepare share-based compensation entries, reconciliations, and equity-related analysis • Use artificial intelligence to enhance financial reporting and technical accounting processes • Participate in technical accounting, SEC reporting workstreams, and ad hoc projects • Develop proficiency with NetSuite and Workiva and contribute to process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent business degree • 2-5+ years of relevant industry or public accounting experience • CPA license or actively working towards obtaining license • Understanding of U.S. GAAP and SEC disclosure and reporting requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Excel • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills • Experience with SEC reporting software a plus (e.g. Workiva) • Remote work eligibility depends on whether the applicant’s U.S. state is listed in the application
