📋 Description

• Interpret the E&P drilling process • Work as part of a high-performance operations team with customers to achieve well goals prior to and while drilling • Perform multiple wellbore target changes across different projects accurately and on time • Provide exceptional technical advice to clients on current and future projects

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience Geosteering is required • B.S. or M.S. Geology or related field • Prior knowledge of Star Steer software required • A professional history of impeccable client communication skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure during a high workload environment • Aptitude to work in a team environment while accepting the accountability of your individual work conduct • Capacity to perform multiple wellbore target changes on different projects in a timely manner while keeping your work accurate and on time • Outstanding oral and written communication skills • Advanced computer skills with an emphasis in Excel • Complete understanding of well site drilling operations • Experience and knowledge in multiple basins • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment as well as individually • Open to mentoring and constructive criticism by peers • Ability to multi-task • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and varying workloads
