Come and See Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports global distribution, translation, and accessibility for the faith-based television series The Chosen. The foundation raises funds, coordinates translations and dubbing into hundreds of languages, operates promotional screenings and partnerships (including an official app and streaming releases), and provides grant/donation-based support to keep all seven seasons freely available worldwide. Its mission focuses on evangelism and cultural engagement—making The Chosen widely available, culturally relevant, and free to watch to help introduce people to the story of Jesus.

📋 Description

• Support the CAS Catholic Strategist across Catholic marketing and engagement initiatives • Drive projects forward independently while the Catholic Strategist is on maternity leave from October through December 2026 • Advance and report on established Catholic marketing and engagement events, projects, and campaign milestones • Lead weekly meetings with the Catholic agency on retainer • Manage the agency toward established project and campaign milestones and KPIs • Serve as liaison between the Catholic agency and internal marketing and distribution teams • Support Catholic partnerships with multiple organizations • Track the Catholic ministry resource content creation pipeline • Adapt marketing framing, language, and assets for the Catholic market • Own sponsorship execution and attend Catholic events representing the Come and See/The Chosen brand

🎯 Requirements

• Active practicing Catholic • Strong project management skills • Strong marketing skills • Previous experience working with Catholic apostolates • Familiarity with the Catholic Church hierarchy, leaders, key organizations, and cultural figures engaged in ministry • Independent contractor status • Ability to represent Come and See/The Chosen brand at Catholic events • Capacity to represent the organization's culture and Christian beliefs
