Come and See Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that supports global distribution, translation, and accessibility for the faith-based television series The Chosen. The foundation raises funds, coordinates translations and dubbing into hundreds of languages, operates promotional screenings and partnerships (including an official app and streaming releases), and provides grant/donation-based support to keep all seven seasons freely available worldwide. 📋 Description

• You’ll own the end-to-end coordination of localized content - from episodic translations and mobile app strings to marketing collateral across dozens of simultaneous workstreams. • Managing complex, multi-language localization projects from kickoff to final delivery • Serving as the connector between internal teams, translators, linguists, and third-party vendors worldwide • Running workflows in tools like Crowdin, Aspera OnCloud, and the “Everyone” Codex translation platform • Keeping trackers, timelines, and status reporting tight so nothing falls through the cracks • Building real relationships with a global network of linguists and volunteer contributors • Spotting problems before they become fires and fixing them with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of localization or translation project management experience • Comfort working fully remote in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment • Cultural fluency and experience working with international teams and vendors • Tech adaptability. You learn new tools quickly and look for ways to improve workflows • Strong written and verbal English; bilingual or multilingual candidates a plus • A genuine heart for the mission - this work matters, and you’ll feel it • A bachelor’s degree is required; background in faith-based or nonprofit organizations is a plus.
