📋 Description

• Own the Commission Junction platform, including campaign setup, tracking, creative assets, commission structures, and reporting • Serve as primary contact for affiliate agency partners; run weekly syncs, set priorities, and manage performance targets • Monitor EPC, conversion rate, ROAS, and incrementality; provide insights and recommendations to leadership • Vet, recruit, onboard, audit, and manage publishers across content, loyalty, CLO, and sub-affiliate channels • Build publisher relationships and secure editorial features, dedicated sends, and high-visibility placements • Negotiate and execute paid placements, newsletter features, and promotional integrations • Collaborate with brand and creative teams on co-branded assets, content articles, and offers • Manage the promotional calendar, affiliate-exclusive deals, and seasonal campaigns • Identify affiliate network growth opportunities and create a roadmap • Test commission structures, landing pages, and creative to improve conversion and program efficiency • Contribute to affiliate-channel budget planning and forecasting • Achieve a cleaned, expanded publisher portfolio, structured agency KPIs, recurring top-publisher placements, and improving revenue and ROAS

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with hands-on ownership of affiliate agencies like CJ • Solid understanding of affiliate economics: EPC, commission tiers, attribution windows, incrementality • Experience managing or coordinating with affiliate agencies and/or external partners • Proven ability to recruit, vet, and grow a publisher base • Strong analytical skills; comfortable pulling and interpreting data in affiliate networks and BI tools • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple publisher relationships and timelines • Ability to report on performance and share insights crossfunctionally • Experience with Asana • Responsiveness to emails and Slack messages • Familiarity with Google Sheets • Insight into creatives, including ad copy and statics, and what drives performance within brand guidelines
