📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience editing video and designing digital creative in DTC ecommerce or performance marketing • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design work across multiple formats (static ads, carousels, GIFs) • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator • Familiarity with Figma and Canva • Experience creating ads for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Display and other paid social platforms • Strong understanding of pacing, hooks, typography, and visual hierarchy • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment • Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly • Portfolio including examples of performance marketing creative
