📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrator and resource for the electronic health record (EHR) and related information systems • Manage system settings, templates, forms, user access, workflows, updates, and troubleshooting • Identify and recommend system and workflow improvements • Support documentation quality, data integrity, billing accuracy, and reporting • Develop reports and monitor information to identify trends, discrepancies, and operational needs • Provide training, coaching, technical assistance, and system resources to staff • Supervise and support the Client Support Specialist • Partner with clinical teams, Finance, Revenue Cycle, Risk & Compliance, and software vendors to solve problems and improve operations

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, Business, Behavioral Health, Information Technology, or a related field and two years of progressively responsible related experience; or five years of progressively responsible experience supporting healthcare information systems, behavioral health operations, reporting, billing support, or related operational functions • Experience with EHRs, healthcare information systems, documentation, reporting, billing support, or data management • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to understand how systems and workflows affect clinical operations, documentation, billing, compliance, and reporting • Experience providing training, technical assistance, coaching, or user support • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to quickly learn new software systems • Submit a cover letter and resume • E-Verify employer work-authorization verification may apply
