📋 Description

• Provide group therapy in a safe and therapeutic milieu • Develop therapeutic group relationships that promote positive change • Use CBT, DBT, and other evidence-based therapies • Relay relevant clinical information to the treatment team during daily rounds and as needed • Develop program materials and adjust group content to meet group needs • Engage in crisis management as needed • Create and update treatment plans • Chart in the electronic medical records system • Participate in professional development activities • Meet individually with patients for case management as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Psychologist or Master’s level therapist • Provisional or independent clinical license in Illinois, Minnesota, or Wisconsin • Core skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Passion for facilitating group therapy and working collaboratively • Prior experience in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential settings preferred but not required
