📋 Description

• Own Compound's full-funnel growth model from first touch through signup, advisor introduction, funded client, and retained relationship • Set targets for pipeline, conversion, acquisition cost, payback, and revenue • Develop acquisition channels beyond organic content, including paid, client referrals, and partnerships • Build lifecycle strategies that convert signups into clients and deepen existing relationships • Scale the demand engine bringing experienced financial advisors to Compound • Own the advisor pipeline delivered to the recruiting team • Lead attribution and growth analytics with RevOps support • Report directly to the CEO and partner with content, product, and RevOps • Design and own the next phase of Compound's growth engine and its results

🎯 Requirements

• Track record of scaling customer acquisition with demonstrable revenue growth • Strong quantitative skills, including conversion rates, acquisition cost, payback, and lifetime value • Comfortable with data tools, automation, AI, and working alongside engineers • Experience starting channels and programs from zero • Hands-on experience across the full funnel • Comfortable working in founder-led environments and executing directly • Clear, direct communication with founders • Fintech, wealth management, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required
