📋 Description

• Provide consulting support to distributor clients using Prophet 21 ERP • Serve as a trusted advisor on system configuration and implementation using Epicor’s methodology • Identify business needs, contribute to solution design, and support overall business strategy • Deliver software implementations from kickoff to Go-Live on time, on budget, and within agreed scope • Interpret requirements and identify gaps between current purchased modules and desired future functionality • Manage project issues and coordinate activities and schedules with clients and internal team members • Generate quote specifications and proposals • Adhere to project timelines and Service Level Agreement goals • Provide help desk support and troubleshoot application questions • Provide on-site training and consulting when necessary • Scope problems and recommend solutions including user training, system changes, business process improvements, and existing application functionality • Maintain accurate daily timesheet and expense report entries • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Working knowledge of P21 with a minimum of 3 years’ experience • Experience with WWMS or similar warehouse management systems is preferred • Strong background in process review and design • Excellent administrative and organizational skills • Outstanding virtual and in-person verbal and written communication skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Pleasant and professional demeanor in all client and internal communications • Ability to multitask • Intellectually resourceful with sound judgment and effective decision-making abilities • Independent worker able to work effectively on daily tasks without direct supervision • Strong organization skills and ability to operate efficiently throughout daily tasks • Ability to see issues through to resolution and identify when escalations are necessary • Empathy and professionalism with users at all times • Ability to work well with clients at all levels • Client-satisfaction mindset • Energy, enthusiasm and results-oriented approach • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skill • Willingness to mentor peers • Epicor Prophet 21 “super-user” or administrator experience, ideally 3–4 years • Distribution environment experience or P21 consulting experience • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, finance, or related field is preferred • Experience with Crystal Reports, API, and/or third-party integration • Ability to use computer and office equipment • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
