📋 Description

• Deliver multiple software upgrade assistance and implementations via consulting activities from Kickoff to Go-Live, on time, on budget and to the agreed scope • Provide ongoing client support • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on system configuration and implementation using Epicor’s signature methodology • Communicate with customers to determine needs and contribute solution design and overall business strategy • Interpret requirements data and identify gaps between current purchased-module functionality and desired future-state functionality • Assist with project issues and coordinate activities and schedules with clients and internal team members • Assist with quote specifications and proposal generation • Adhere to project timelines and meet Service Level Agreement goals • Provide client help-desk support and troubleshoot application questions • Provide on-site training and consulting when necessary • Maintain daily timesheet and expense report entries • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• High level (Intermediate) of proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint • Experience (Intermediate) with ERP Solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains etc. • CPA or CMA Preferred • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing accounting position or financial consulting for an ERP software • Strong knowledge in supply chain / distribution desirable • Proven success in ERP software project implementation and deployment across multi-business verticals • Ability to be scheduled for evening or weekend work occasionally • Valid driver’s license in your state of residence and reliable personal vehicle
