📋 Description

• Develop and execute enterprise supply chain transformation strategies • Translate business strategy into scalable supply chain capabilities, operating models, governance frameworks, and transformation roadmaps • Identify and prioritize opportunities across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier operations • Optimize inventory investment while maintaining or improving customer service performance • Drive continuous improvement by eliminating supply chain bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and process variation • Lead the design, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of planning solutions • Develop and implement artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation capabilities, including Agentic Supply Planning Orchestration • Establish performance management frameworks, data governance standards, and analytics-driven processes • Partner with Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, and Information Technology teams • Build strategic relationships with suppliers and external partners • Lead organizational change initiatives supporting new capabilities, technologies, and operating models • Lead business impact initiatives • Build, develop, and lead a high-performing transformation and innovation team • Monitor emerging industry trends, technologies, and best practices • Report to the Vice President Planning and Digital Capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Analytics, or a related field • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related discipline preferred • 10+ years of progressive supply chain experience with demonstrated success in strategy development, process improvement, and technology implementation • Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation programs and delivering measurable business results • Deep knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and supplier collaboration processes • Supply Chain industry thought leadership • Experience implementing advanced planning, automation, artificial intelligence, or digital supply chain solutions • Strong program and change management leadership skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience leveraging data and insights to drive business decisions • Experience leading and influencing cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage leaders at all levels of the organization • Experience working in fast-paced environments while effectively managing multiple priorities • Experience deploying AI platforms such as Palantir, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric • Willingness to travel up to 40% • Must be located in Omaha, Nebraska; Chicago, Illinois; or remotely east of Denver, Colorado and within 50 miles of a major airport
