📋 Description

• Conduct continuous review, assessment, and collection of open-source information using multiple systems and sources to detect potential threats • Independently produce and disseminate intelligence products from open-source collection efforts • Assess risks and threats, monitor social media, analyze company assets or events, and provide situational crisis monitoring support • Analyze threatening communications and developments directed toward company buildings, assets, or personnel • Monitor press and social media for threats or risks to events or operations • Perform initial intelligence collection to support team research and production • Develop and maintain intelligence processes to meet changing requirements and prevent strategic surprise • Research financial, criminal, and nation-state investigations • Provide data-driven analytic assessments of operational and strategic threats or risks to the company • Report identified threats to the department Manager 24/7 • Review potentially offensive or hateful content as part of monitoring duties

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • Work schedule of 5 days and 8 hours per day • OSINT experience across various vendor tools • Ability to assess and evaluate sensitive situations • Ability to quickly and accurately identify and respond to critical issues • Ability to research, investigate, compile, and assess information • Planning and organizational skills • Ability to synthesize facts, concepts, and principles • Strong communication skills and ability to assimilate intelligence from numerous sources into products communicating risk and opportunity • Ability to assess and evaluate sensitive situations and quickly respond to critical issues • Ability to transform data and technical details into actionable insights for stakeholders • Ability to multitask and think critically • Up to 10% travel • Must be legally able to work in the country where the position is located without visa sponsorship • Preferred: 1–2+ years of related intelligence or risk-analysis experience • Preferred: experience with the intelligence cycle • Preferred: experience with private-sector consulting, advisory, or high-tech companies • Preferred: experience leveraging technological resources for research and analysis • Preferred: expertise in criminal, financial, or fraud investigations, or nation-state tactics, techniques, and procedures • Preferred: proficiency with generative AI and frontier models such as Gemini • Preferred: technical proficiency in commercial OSINT tools, developer tools, Python, and command-line interfaces, including cryptocurrency transaction analysis • Preferred: regional geopolitics expertise or professional-level language proficiency relevant to China, Russia, the Middle East, or APAC • Preferred: comprehensive understanding of the intelligence cycle with professional experience applying its principles
