📋 Description

• Handle telehealth-based phone calls and email inquiries • Manage a steady volume of incoming customer calls while navigating multiple systems • Answer questions about services, provider availability, insurance coverage, and visit costs • Assist patients in scheduling virtual consultations with healthcare providers • Provide technical assistance with telehealth enrollment, scheduling, joining visits, and account information • Investigate incorrect costs, refund requests, and insurance coverage issues; escalate cases to billing • Guide patients through self-service options for visit history, sick slips, prescriptions, and medical records • Gather patient feedback about provider quality, self-service options, and visit connectivity

🎯 Requirements

• Open flexibility to work hours within 24/7/365 operations • Availability to work weekends • High school diploma, GED, or college degree • Successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 1 week of Nesting with 100% attendance • Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test on a computer • Successful completion of a background check • Ability to navigate 3 systems and handle an average of 20 calls per day • Great problem-solving skills • Ability to effectively multi-task • Excellent communication skills • Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Ability to hardwire the work computer to the home modem via Ethernet • Satellite and wireless internet are not acceptable • Quiet, distraction-free, clutter-free workspace with no one else present during working hours
