📋 Description

• Executing established client-defined benefits processes with minimum direction and oversight from Sr. Leadership • Researching and responding to client and participant escalated issues • Triaging intermediate system issues to confirm adherence to requirements • Performing peer review on work completed by other team members • Interfacing with external client contacts to scope change work • Review and maintain Business Requirements, Administrative Guides and Process documents • Identifying system and processing enhancements to improve process efficiency • Mentoring and coaching junior team members • Leading change work for the entire project life cycle from Discovery through Go-Live

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Excel skills are required • Have formal education and 4 plus years of relevant expertise in Defined Benefits • Have the ability to complete work with minimal supervision • Project Management skills • 3 years of SQL query execution & development • Familiarity with project life cycle and project management
