📋 Description

• Perform comprehensive evaluations using standardized tests to determine pediatric patients' therapy needs (SLP only) • Use clinical judgment to develop and implement treatment plans aligned with physicians' orders (SLP only) • Provide in-home therapy services for pediatric patients with a wide range of diagnoses • Communicate regularly with patients' families and provide updates on their child's goals • Collaborate with therapy disciplines, physicians, and nurses to develop holistic treatment plans • Maintain comprehensive documentation of care and communicate treatment-plan changes to the healthcare team • Participate in one-on-one meetings with team leads to discuss patient progress and refine treatment strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Must have a valid, active Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech Pathology Assistant license in Texas • Current BLS/CPR license • Reliable transportation • Valid driver's license • Automotive insurance • Pediatric experience preferred but not required
