📋 Description

• Conduct developmental assessments and provide speech therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model (Rush & Sheldon) • Follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) • Work with families to develop strategies that help each child reach specific developmental goals • Use the family-centered parent coaching approach to build caregivers’ confidence and skills and ensure progress is generalized • Provide services in children’s natural environments, including family homes, daycare centers, and other community settings • Provide virtual services when available • Conduct re-assessments and write progress reports, typically bi-annual • Maintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with HIPAA and/or state/federal regulations

🎯 Requirements

• California Speech Language Pathology license • Pediatric experience required • Early Intervention experience preferred • Home-based service delivery experience preferred • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
