• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner • Resolving customer problems and complaints with a positive attitude • Processing customer orders and ensuring timely delivery • Maintaining accurate customer accounts and records • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
🎯 Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven experience in telephone customer service • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong problem resolution skills • Positive attitude towards customer inquiries and complaints • Experience in processing orders • Experience in the Health Care Services industry (preferred) • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred) • Familiarity with CRM software (preferred)
