Their initiative promotes the Data Exchange Framework (DxF), which aims to facilitate secure and efficient exchanges of health and social services information to support better whole-person care.

📋 Description

• Provide health psychology-focused behavioral services to adult patients managing chronic physical health conditions • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of care providers, including MDs, Nurse Practitioners, Dietitians, Health Coaches, and Registered Dietitians • Utilize evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation, and gut-directed hypnotherapy • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and implement concrete goals related to patients’ GI conditions • Initiate and maintain health records and encounters in the electronic health record • Comply with company clinical protocols and related manuals • Participate in professional training activities to maintain licensure and advance knowledge • Participate in clinical coordination meetings • Contribute to psychological best practices and improve member experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within Arizona, Colorado, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas or Virginia • Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or other relevant field • Active License to practice therapy in good standing • 3+ Years Relevant experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, teaching relaxation strategies that impact brain-gut connection, and Motivational Interviewing • Ability to work alongside and communicate effectively with other care providers • Comfort and competence using common administrative technologies such as Zoom, Slack, Office, and Google Drive, or equivalent • Electronic charting experience • Experience delivering on telehealth platforms preferred • LCSW currently held / fully licensed only
