Their initiative promotes the Data Exchange Framework (DxF), which aims to facilitate secure and efficient exchanges of health and social services information to support better whole-person care.

📋 Description

• Provide GI-focused behavioral services to adult GI patients • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of care providers in a digital integrated healthcare environment • Utilize evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, relaxation strategies, Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, psychoeducation, and gut-directed hypnotherapy • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and design concrete goals supporting clients’ GI-related outcomes • Initiate and maintain health records and encounters in the electronic health record • Comply with company clinical protocols and related manuals • Participate in professional training activities to maintain licensure and advance knowledge • Participate in clinical coordination meetings with care team members • Contribute to psychological best practices and provide professional feedback to improve member experiences • Report to the BH Pod Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Must live within Massachusetts and hold NY or MA LCSW Licensure • Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, social work, or another relevant field • Active license to practice therapy in good standing • 3+ years of relevant experience delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and teaching relaxation strategies that impact the brain-gut connection • Experience with Motivational Interviewing • Ability to work alongside and communicate effectively with MDs, Nurse Practitioners, Health Coaches, and Registered Dietitians • Comfortable and competent using Zoom, Slack, Office, Google Drive, or equivalent administrative technologies • Experience charting electronically • Experience delivering on telehealth platforms preferred • GI-focused care experience preferred but not essential
