📋 Description

• Act as a primary Sales resource regarding Sales Operations via all web and ECommerce platforms • Support and grow the business via ECommerce pathways • Engage with Sales and clients to promote adoption and utilization of applications • Conduct requirements analysis with clients on their business needs • Handle walkthroughs and troubleshoot issues • Discover opportunities within accounts • Build awareness and knowledge base of web and ECommerce solutions • Create, subsidize, and implement training programs • Coordinate with internal departments regarding company-wide initiatives • Develop and utilize reporting to meet sales goals • Facilitate web and ECommerce based opportunities • Review and update processes as needed • Perform all other duties or special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills • Basic virtual meeting software knowledge • Basic Adobe Acrobat knowledge • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills • Strong ability to internalize system logic/processes • Strong ability to present and solution sell • Understanding of common purchasing processes and workflows • Excellent time management and organization skills • Adaptable with ability to switch tasks • Articulate with ability to express oneself clearly and professionally in written and oral communication • Excellent written communication skills • Excellent listening skills • Ability to develop original solutions to problems • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
