📋 Description

• Serve as the senior technical resource for field operations • Perform complex installations, deployments, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs • Lead and coordinate daily activities of field technicians at various job sites • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety standards • Provide on-the-job training, mentoring, and technical guidance • Escalate complex technical or operational issues to management • Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and project documentation • Ensure installations comply with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and regulatory requirements • Serve as the primary on-site contact for customers and internal stakeholders • Coordinate equipment, materials, and tools • Track project progress and provide status updates to management • Ensure work is completed on schedule and within scope • Review completed work for quality and accuracy • Identify process, efficiency, and customer-satisfaction improvements • Support continuous improvement initiatives within field operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with field services, hardware deployments, and multi-site rollouts • Experience leading technicians or serving as the senior technical resource in the field • Solid working knowledge of SCCM imaging, Windows device configuration, and endpoint deployment • Ability to assess site needs and take control of execution • Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-visibility environments • Strong communication skills with technicians and client-facing site contacts • Professional presence, sound judgment, and ability to work independently • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs as needed and work in various environmental conditions • Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to job sites
