📋 Description

• Act as a dedicated consultative resource for Sales, Sales leadership and customers focused on Microsoft solutions • Present on customer calls with stakeholders, providing options based on customer needs and budget • Deliver industry-based insights focused on pain points leading to Microsoft modern solutions • Assess quote solutions and identify better program and product suite options • Position value-added managed and professional services to support customer transformation • Support customer Enterprise Agreements with product, program and contract guidance compliant with Microsoft Licensing Guidelines • Manage Enterprise Agreement contract lifecycles, including subscription reconciliation, true-ups, additional product orders and renewals • Produce cost analyses, product quotes and pricing visibility for Enterprise Agreements in partnership with Sales • Create milestone touchpoints with customers and their Microsoft account teams • Engage in Microsoft opportunity conversations to build value and position Connection services • Stay current on programs, technical knowledge, market trends and operational models • Complete Microsoft training through Get License Ready and Partner University • Conduct online research on new product developments • Build and maintain positive vendor relations • Balance vendor and Connection needs in support of customers • Identify gaps in partner tools and collaborate on improved resources • Assist with Microsoft Landscape Optimization assessment consultations • Seek opportunities for greater account control through site Microsoft team involvement • Maintain and update Salesforce Pipeline • Present at Sales team meetings and onboarding events

🎯 Requirements

• Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable • Advanced user skills for Microsoft Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) • Proficient in hosting and attending remote meetings using Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc. • Consultative experience with Microsoft Online Services including M365, Azure, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform • Knowledge of lifecycle and renewals processes for Enterprise Agreements, CSP, MPSA and Cloud Subscription Agreements • Ability to identify, drive and oversee all aspects of a Microsoft deal from conception to closure • Negotiation skills with ability to secure best purchasing agreement for customers and Connection • Working knowledge of sales strategies including upselling with proven success in a goal-driven environment • Strong business analysis skills with ability to convert customer needs to Microsoft solutions • Analytical ability to draw conclusions from data; systematic and rational • Adaptability to switch tasks based on shifting priorities • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to present professional presentations • Excellent written communication skills and ability to compose professional business communications • Meticulous attention to detail and proofreading ability • Organizational ability to document activities, anticipate problems, plan schedules and monitor performance according to priorities and deadlines • Interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels of the organization • Azure and Microsoft 365 Fundamentals certifications
