📋 Description

• Support the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction • Complete grading, create progress reports, and conduct parent conferences • Communicate with parents, students, teachers, and curriculum specialists to develop and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules • Score assessments, provide feedback, suggest instructional strategies, monitor assignments, and coach special projects • Support students and parents with alternate strategies and assistance with assignments and projects • Maintain regular communication through computer and telephone • Keep student records and data up-to-date, including cumulative files, online information, attendance, and contact logs • Develop alternate enrichment activities and modifications to student programs • Devise and implement virtual methods for creating and maintaining a school community • Review curriculum and devise alternate approaches to lessons • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Highly qualified and certified to teach Health Sciences via Professional, Industry, and Career (PIC) Permit appropriate to grade-level responsibilities • Strong technology skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Highly organized and punctual • Customer-focused approach • High degree of flexibility • Demonstrated ability to work well in a fast-paced environment • Team player track record • Ability to work remotely, if necessary • Ability to work occasional evening hours as needed to support families • Must reside in the state of Wyoming
