📋 Description
• Answer Counseling Department phones and webmails • Support Counseling Department projects and activities • Input High School Transcripts, which includes course entry for new enrolling students, dual enrolled students, and summer school students • Complete course scheduling for new enrolling high school students • Enter data into our online student information system • Generate reports and fulfill Transcript requests • Support College and Career efforts with student and family outreach • Assist Parents, Students, and School Staff • Other duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred • Experience working with school age students • Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite) • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
