It delivers state-aligned curriculum and virtual classroom experiences with certified teachers, personalized learning, and support for families serving as learning coaches. The program offers grade-level courses, college and career readiness, clubs and socialization opportunities, and technology support across multiple U. S. states.

📋 Description

• Manage instructional programs virtually from home • Consult with learning coaches and students to ensure successful completion of instructional programs • Complete all grading, create progress reports and conduct parent conferences in a timely manner • Support the instructional program with asynchronous web conferencing sessions and synchronous instruction • Review curriculum and devise alternate approaches to presenting lessons • Communicate with parents, students, and other teachers regularly • Develop a general knowledge of the entire K-12 curriculum and detailed knowledge of responsible courses • Support students and parents with alternate strategies and assist with assignments and projects • Participate in organization and administration of State Testing as directed • Attend field trips and other community activities

🎯 Requirements

• Highly qualified and certified to teach Middle School Math in Indiana • Strong technology skills (especially with Microsoft OS, MS Office programs, and Google Suite) • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Customer focused approach • High degree of flexibility • Demonstrated ability to work well in fast paced environment • Team player track record • Willingness to travel on occasion for marketing and state testing events (may require occasional overnight travel) • Ability to work some occasional evening hours, as needed to support some families • Must be able to use a personal electronic device and email address for 2-step authentication
