📋 Description

• Ensuring that program data is captured accurately and completely • Identifying and resolving program data discrepancies, errors, and inconsistencies • Overseeing the flow of data from collection to analysis, including data storage, retrieval, and reporting • Handling and managing requests for data changes • Adhering to regulatory guidelines related to data management • Working closely with other members of the program team • Providing training and support to program team members regarding ConnectiveRx’s data portals

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role • 2+ years of client facing experience • Strong understanding of patient services data management processes. • Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or life sciences strongly preferred. • Proficiency in patient services systems and technologies. • Ability to design and develop interactive dashboards and create complex visualizations. • Advanced SQL coding knowledge • Ability to write and debug code and use version control systems, Python preferred.
