📋 Description

• Drive the organization’s data strategy and lead a team of analysts • Deliver consistent reporting and impactful insights for Life Science clients, agency partners, and internal stakeholders • Automate, optimize, and scale NPI-based reporting infrastructure • Conduct claims-based analyses to identify optimal audiences and assess impact • Develop self-service reporting solutions for technical and non-technical stakeholders • Identify scalable solutions for complex Rx impact analyses rooted in claims data • Support high-quality reporting through efficiency, scalability, and emerging technologies such as AI-supported tools • Oversee complex SQL- and Python-based solutions and guide the team on scalable best practices • Collaborate with data engineering teams on ETL pipelines, data integrity, governance, and security protocols • Communicate complex analytics and business impact to senior executives and key stakeholders • Lead the analytics team’s day-to-day activities and delivery of concurrent data projects • Mentor and coach team members • Partner with leadership, external clients, and cross-functional teams to prioritize strategic data initiatives • Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to improve data analytics capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field required • Master’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline strongly preferred • Relevant certifications in SQL, business intelligence tools, or data strategy preferred • 10–15 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field • 3+ years of people leadership experience • Proficiency with SQL and Python • Experience with AWS cloud-based infrastructure • Deep technical expertise and comprehensive domain knowledge in Life Science sponsored messaging • Experience managing complex data initiatives and delivering business-impacting insights • Experience mentoring junior team members • Advanced SQL skills, including complex database schemas, CTEs, window functions, and query optimization for large datasets • Advanced data wrangling skills, including automated data cleaning, large-dataset management, feature engineering, and data normalization • Expertise in data visualization, including custom visualizations, geospatial visualizations, and interactive dashboards • Strong statistical knowledge, including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and ANOVA • Experience designing and implementing business intelligence solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and performance optimization • Strong coding experience using advanced programming techniques and frameworks • Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences • Significant healthcare domain knowledge • Ability to travel to office locations or client sites as needed • Compliance with company policies, required training, information security and compliance programs, SOC1, SOC2, PCI, HIPAA, business rules, ethics, and applicable laws
