📋 Description

• Drive the strategy, development, and delivery of ConnectWise platform solutions • Define requirements, prioritize backlogs, and deliver AI-enabled solutions • Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI/ML teams • Monitor product performance and user experience • Continuously identify opportunities to optimize workflows through AI and automation • Represent the product with partners and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product management or related experience • Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, tools, or solutions • Proven ability to leverage AI technologies to enhance product functionality and operational efficiency • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Experience working closely with software development and data teams • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented with a strong partner- and outcome-focused mindset
