📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting across GTM and G&A functions and ad hoc roles • Run complex, high-visibility searches from kickoff through offer • Partner with hiring managers as a strategic advisor • Define candidate review cadence, decision-making, and mutual process commitments • Keep searches moving, identify stalls early, and recalibrate when needed • Source candidates and build pipelines for assigned roles • Run multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously with minimal oversight • Challenge hiring-manager requirements using data and market insight • Establish consistent hiring-manager partnership cadences • Make and own candidate advancement decisions • Close complex, senior-level searches efficiently • Operate autonomously across a varied portfolio of roles

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting ownership on complex, senior-level searches • Experience recruiting for Enterprise AE-caliber or comparable GTM/G&A roles • Ability to challenge hiring-manager requirements using data or market insight • Experience partnering across GTM and G&A functions • Strong cadence and process discipline • Ability to operate with minimal infrastructure or support on a lean team • Clear, credible communication that sets expectations and holds hiring managers accountable • Sound, fast judgment on candidate evaluation • Ability to recalibrate quickly when a hiring decision is incorrect • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States • Must complete interviews without AI tools
