📋 Description

• Balance AI-assisted "Vibe Coding" with disciplined Spec-Driven Development to build superior products • Transition between rapid AI-assisted iteration and manual engineering throughout the feature lifecycle • Use Amazon Kiro within AWS and work with Cursor and GitHub Copilot • Design and maintain modular, readable system structures • Author technical prompts and formal specifications • Audit AI-assisted contributions for internal standards and security protocols • Apply Test-Driven Development and write technical documentation • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of professional full-stack development experience • Experience with Java, Python, Node.JS, and JavaScript • Experience building and shipping products using AI-assisted engineering disciplines or "vibe-to-spec" workflows • Ability to prioritize stability and performance while using AI to accelerate development • Advanced proficiency with Amazon Kiro, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot • Understanding of the broader AI-agent ecosystem • Strong grasp of computer science fundamentals, system design, API architecture, and SQL/NoSQL database management • Ability to debug and optimize complex logic manually • Mastery of Test-Driven Development (TDD) • Ability to write precise technical documentation • General comfort navigating AWS services and managing cloud deployment pipelines • Must be able to sit for long periods and handle long periods of screen time • Reliable, high-speed internet • Eligible for sponsorship: No
