• Lead and implement program controls systems including schedule management, cost tracking, forecasting, risk management, and change control • Own critical program deliverables, milestones, and deadlines across multiple workstreams • Ensure alignment between budget, schedule, scope, and overall development objectives • Serve as a trusted advisor to the Development Leader and senior executives • Prepare and present program updates, dashboards, and decision materials to C suite and executive stakeholders • Collaborate closely with development, design, construction, finance, legal, and operations teams • Drive accountability across teams while maintaining strong working relationships • Support the client in scaling their development program through improved controls, governance, and execution discipline
• 10–12 years of experience in program management, project controls, or development leadership • Previous experience in customer-facing, partner facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization • Proven experience delivering large scale infrastructure projects • Strong background in program controls (schedule, cost, risk, reporting) • Experience supporting or presenting to executive and C suite stakeholders • Ability to operate effectively in an embedded, client side role
