• Own measurable business impact across Constructor's agentic experiences, including usage, conversion, revenue, and engagement • Build dashboards and tooling that give business teams transparency into and control over agentic experiences • Scale experimentation into a repeatable process for launching, measuring, and improving agentic interfaces • Define the multi-quarter vision and strategy for Agentic Discovery • Own the strategy and roadmap for business tooling and dashboard experiences • Unite on-site agentic experiences, offsite/agentic surfaces, and integrations around shared success criteria • Partner with ML and engineering to bring agentic and LLM-powered experiences from concept to production • Balance quality, latency, cost, and reliability in shipped experiences • Define and instrument metrics such as go-live velocity, usage, engagement, and business outcomes • Establish explainability, control, and guardrails as core requirements • Expand from business tooling into chapter-wide leadership across the agentic portfolio and integrations • Within the first year, ship adopted dashboard/tooling experiences, drive measurable customer impact, establish repeatable experimentation, define core metrics, and align teams behind a coherent direction
• Extensive product management experience, typically 8+ years, in AI/ML, agentic, search, or discovery products • Experience operating at a senior or staff level • Track record of moving business metrics at scale, including usage, conversion, revenue, and engagement • Experience setting strategy across multiple teams • Experience building for business users/operators such as merchandisers or category managers • Experience with tooling, dashboards, and controls for business users • Strong AI/ML/LLM product depth • Ability to reason about quality, latency, cost, and reliability tradeoffs • Comfort with zero-to-one ambiguity and scaling • Rigorous, measurement-first mindset tied to usage and business outcomes • Excellent cross-functional leadership across ML, engineering, design, and go-to-market • Strong focus on transparency, control, trust, and guardrails • Comfort setting direction where none exists and leading through clarity and credibility
