📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery of the FSM platform implementation • Develop and maintain the overall program plan, milestones, dependencies, resource allocation, and critical path • Establish and govern Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodology • Identify, track, mitigate, and escalate project risks and issues • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization • Ensure change management and governance throughout the project lifecycle • Serve as primary client contact and build trusted-advisor relationships with senior stakeholders • Facilitate steering committee meetings, status reviews, and executive reporting • Manage scope, timelines, deliverables, client expectations, escalations, and conflicts • Align technical execution plans with overall program milestones • Ensure requirements are captured, validated, and translated into deliverables • Ensure technical solution design aligns with business requirements, scalability, and integration architecture • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional delivery teams • Oversee FSM platform configuration, customization, integration, testing, and deployment • Ensure coverage of utilities field operations use cases, including work orders, crew scheduling, dispatch, mobile workforce, outage response, asset/inventory management, and regulatory compliance • Coordinate integrations with GIS, OMS, ERP, CRM, IoT/telemetry, and billing systems • Manage data migration, cutover planning, and hypercare support • Ensure deliverables meet quality, acceptance, security, privacy, and utilities regulatory standards • Conduct quality audits and lessons-learned sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent experience • 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, program/project delivery, or IT implementation roles • At least 5 years in a delivery leadership capacity • Proven track record leading complex implementation projects and integrating with ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, data warehouse, and related technology stacks • Prior utilities industry experience, particularly field operations, asset management, or customer service domains, strongly preferred • Consulting background with client-facing delivery experience • Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and regulatory compliance • Experience in team building and leadership • Excellent project management skills, including project planning, execution, and risk management • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to delegate, prioritize, and drive sprint deliverables • Technical proficiency in system integration and data analytics • Ability to travel to client sites domestically and/or internationally as required • Professional project management certification such as PMP or similar • Certified Scrum Master, Six Sigma, Certified Scrum Product Owner, and relevant FSM platform certifications are a plus • Current authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Must not require employment visa sponsorship
