📋 Description

• Engage with clients to understand and document business processes, needs, and objectives related to field service operations • Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications for enterprise solutions • Conduct gap analyses to identify shortcomings in current systems • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions aligned with client requirements and industry best practices • Configure and customize tools for client needs • Develop and execute test plans • Serve as liaison between clients, project managers, and technical teams • Facilitate requirements workshops and meetings • Present solutions and obtain stakeholder buy-in • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through FSM solutions • Recommend best practices and innovative solutions • Monitor solution performance and suggest enhancements using data analysis and client feedback • Write user stories and test cases and execute tests • Log, track, prioritize, and validate defects • Guide users through individual and collaborative UAT sessions • Develop training materials and conduct client training sessions • Provide post-implementation client support and optimize solution usage • Travel for client meetings, workshops, and project requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field required • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focused on Enterprise Field Service Management and mobile workforce solutions • Posting overview states over 8 years of experience implementing enterprise systems • Requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution implementation experience • Hands-on SQL experience to access, retrieve, manipulate, and analyze data • Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS SharePoint, process design tools (Vizio, Signavio, etc.), and similar PMO tools • Strong understanding of utility operations, asset management, and field service management required • Experience writing detailed user stories and test cases and executing tests • Experience logging, tracking, prioritizing, and validating defects • Experience guiding users through UAT sessions • Familiarity with business integration requirements across ERP, CRM, CIS, BI, and data warehouse technology stacks • Ability to travel to domestic and/or international client sites as required • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Strong project management skills • Consulting and client-facing experience preferred • FSM software platform proficiency preferred • GIS integration and mobile workforce management experience preferred • Knowledge of IoT, AI, and Machine Learning as applied to Field Service Management preferred • CBAP or PMP certification preferred • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Employment visa sponsorship is unavailable
