📋 Description

• Leading the end-to-end AI use-case identification and implementation process – from ideation and prioritisation to deployment and adoption. • Acting as a product owner and delivery lead for AI conversation agents and other automation initiatives, ensuring they deliver clear operational and financial outcomes. • Partnering with consulting practices, functional leaders, and technical teams to map workflows, spot transformation opportunities, and embed AI solutions. • Tracking emerging technologies and releases (e.g., Microsoft, OpenAI) to assess their relevance and translate them into actionable opportunities for the firm. • Building and maintaining a framework for AI-driven efficiency, ensuring results are measurable and sustainable. • Supporting capability building and change management, training colleagues and champions to adopt new tools. • Contributing to thought leadership on AI, innovation, and responsible technology deployment within high-hazard industries.

🎯 Requirements

• A strong understanding of AI and data technologies (machine learning, NLP, computer vision, generative and agentic AI) • Proven success managing cross-functional AI or digital transformation programmes, ideally in consulting or asset-intensive industries (energy, mining, chemicals, manufacturing) • Ability to map business processes and identify opportunities for automation or augmentation • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), APIs, integration tools, and ethical AI principles • Solid experience with agile delivery and vendor/partner management • Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills, able to engage both executives and technical specialists • A track record of delivering tangible outcomes, not just pilots or proofs of concept • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Business, or Operations Management (or equivalent) • 5–10 years’ experience in AI project delivery, digital transformation, or technology-enabled consulting. • Certifications in AI/ML, Agile, or Change Management are an advantage. • Fluent in English (additional languages a plus).
