📋 Description

• Own demand signals and unit economics. • Standard integrations — fast, fixed-fee deployments. • Custom integrations — build and productize new connectors. • Custom apps and agents — run the engagement model and outputs. • Managed services — productize the playbook. • Connect the dots across functions. • Give platform and feature teams insights.

🎯 Requirements

• AI / agents fluency. • Proficiency in Cursor and/or Claude Code is required. • Senior-level experience as a Product Manager, with a track record on platform, API, or developer-facing products. • 0→1 builder. • The "product-biz" mindset. • Outstanding customer-facing communication and collaboration skills. • Technical fluency. • Strong UX sensibilities. • Great judgment-making strategic and tactical decisions. • Language: Business-level proficiency writing and speaking English. • Domain advantage (nice to have): experience with HRIS, payroll, or fintech platforms.
