📋 Description

• Take approximately 4+ customer calls per hour from customers across the USA • Provide customer service and help create positive customer experiences • Explain cellular phones, billing, and general customer questions • Troubleshoot phone, device, SIM card, app, contact, and service issues • Navigate multiple screens and systems while providing step-by-step customer instructions • Remain available and present throughout the shift except during assigned breaks and lunch • Maintain an organized, distraction-free work environment • Collaborate with teammates and appreciate colleagues' differences, strengths, and talents

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 6 months of customer service experience required • Remote customer service experience preferred • Basic computer skills, including general typing, common software applications, and internet navigation • Internet upload speed of at least 20 Mbps and download speed of at least 100 Mbps • Internet connection cannot use satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data providers • Quiet, distraction-free home office setting • Must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility • Two monitors are necessary • Friendly, learning-focused attitude • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
