📋 Description

• Take approximately 4+ customer calls per hour from customers across the USA • Provide excellent customer service and help customers resolve phone, billing, and general questions • Troubleshoot cellular phones, devices, and service issues • Navigate multiple screens and systems while guiding customers through step-by-step solutions • Assist with changing SIM cards, downloading apps, adding contacts, and complex device or service issues • Remain available and present throughout the shift except during assigned breaks and lunch • Work collaboratively with teammates and appreciate diverse strengths and talents

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 6 months of customer service experience required • Remote customer service experience preferred • Basic computer skills, including general typing, common software applications, and internet navigation • Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speeds • Satellite, Wi-Fi, and cellular data internet providers are not compatible • Quiet, distraction-free home office setting • Must reside within 50 miles of a CCI facility; this role requires residence within 50 miles of the Louisville center • Two monitors are necessary • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required • Friendly, learning-focused attitude and commitment to customer service
