📋 Description

• Handle approximately 4+ customer calls per hour from customers across the USA • Provide customer service and create positive customer experiences • Explain cellular phones, billing, and general customer questions • Troubleshoot phone and service issues across multiple screens and systems • Guide customers through changing SIM cards, downloading apps, adding contacts, and other device or service issues • Maintain availability and presence throughout assigned shifts • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while assisting customers • Collaborate with teammates and respect diverse strengths and talents

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 6 months of customer service experience required • Remote customer service experience preferred • Basic computer skills, including general typing, common software applications, and internet navigation • Home internet connection with at least 20 MBPS upload speed and 100 MBPS download speed • Internet providers using satellite, Wi-Fi, or cellular data are not compatible • Quiet, distraction-free home office setting • Ability to remain available and present throughout the shift except assigned breaks and lunch • Two monitors required • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required
