📋 Description

• Take approximately 4+ customer calls per hour from customers across the USA • Provide excellent customer service and support • Explain cellular phones, billing, and general customer questions • Troubleshoot phone, device, and service issues across multiple screens and systems • Guide customers through changing SIM cards, downloading apps, adding contacts, and other step-by-step solutions • Remain available and present throughout the shift except during assigned breaks and lunch • Navigate multiple systems simultaneously while supporting customers efficiently • Work collaboratively with teammates and appreciate diverse strengths and talents

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • At least 6 months of customer service experience • Remote customer service experience preferred • Basic computer skills, including general typing, common software applications, and internet navigation • Internet connection with at least 20 Mbps upload and 100 Mbps download speeds • Satellite, Wi-Fi, and cellular data internet providers are not compatible • Quiet, distraction-free home office setting • Must reside within 50 miles of a Consumer Cellular facility/Oklahoma City center • Two monitors required • Pre-employment background check and drug screen required • Friendly attitude, desire to help, and learning-focused attitude
