📋 Description
• Convert early-stage site control into financeable, construction-ready assets • Own title, curative, survey, and site control activities across assigned projects • Identify and resolve access constraints, crossings, easements, and third-party property rights • Oversee lease and option administration, ensuring seamless execution • Provide real-time visibility into real property readiness through clear reporting
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, Law, or related field or equivalent practical experience • 5–10 years of experience in real property, land, or development roles within renewable energy • Proven experience managing title, survey, access, and site control workstreams • Experience partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, Construction, and Finance teams
