📋 Description
• Own the SharePoint experience, including intranet, hub sites, navigation, and page design • Serve as the experience and usability authority for SharePoint across the organization • Define experience standards, design patterns, templates, and guidance • Establish and maintain governance for site structure, content quality, and lifecycle • Design and optimize SharePoint pages and sites using UX, content design, and information architecture best practices • Act as a trusted advisor to Internal Communications on campaign, storytelling, and content use cases • Lead adoption efforts through guidance, education, and advocacy—not direct authority • Analyze usage data, search insights, and user feedback
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience working with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 • Demonstrated experience leading intranet or digital workplace experiences • Strong understanding of UX principles, information architecture, and content strategy • Experience influencing stakeholders without formal authority • Ability to translate business needs into practical, user-centered solutions
