📋 Description

• Own, architect, and stand up the core Design System in code • Create reusable component libraries spanning Figma and code • Use AI-assisted coding and automation tools to turn ideas into working prototypes • Test concepts with real data and users before production • Deliver functional prototypes and validated learnings to the AI Engineer for re-architecture, scaling, and production release • Orchestrate scope, milestones, and quality across core products and client engagements • Guide platform direction and decide what becomes reusable foundation versus custom client work • Templatize solutions across clients and feed delivery insights back into the core product • Set priorities and unblock the AI Engineer and Product Designer through product ownership and influence • Conceive, code, and deploy interactive demos and gloss up existing demos to premium visual and brand standards

🎯 Requirements

• Senior product designer with a strong visual foundation and uncompromising eye for polish • 0-to-1 execution mindset; ability to turn ambiguous ideas into functional software rapidly • Deep mastery of Figma and design systems • Experience using AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, v0, Bolt, and Replit • Experience using automation tools such as Dust and Zapier/Make • Experience designing and shipping AI-native features to production • Understanding of LLM non-determinism and UX patterns for unpredictable AI outputs • Ability to design micro-interactions, precise spacing, and fluid animations • Must be a US Citizen; sponsorship or non-citizen hiring is unavailable • Ability to travel occasionally for client sessions and team alignment
