📋 Description

• Handle inbound warm calls from homeowners who requested quotes • Represent U.S. consumer brands in Financial Services and Home Improvement • Convert interest into bookings, appointments, and enrollments • Call homeowners about windows, baths, roofs, and flooring quotes • Listen to homeowners, schedule suitable appointment times, and confirm appointments • Work from home using the company software and phone system • Participate in paid training and live calls with a BGS team lead • Own performance metrics and use real-time coaching to improve • Work shifts within the company’s 120-hour weekly operating window

🎯 Requirements

• Comfortable on the phone • Coachable and receptive to feedback • Reliable on scheduled shifts • Ability to work full-time, 40 to 45 hours per week depending on country • Availability for shifts within the 120-hour weekly operating window • Computer, headset, wired internet, and a quiet room • No prior sales experience required
