📋 Description

• Develop and implement global account strategies and plans to drive sustainable growth and profitability • Manage the end-to-end relationship with key global accounts, ensuring excellent service delivery and customer experience • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior customer stakeholders across geographic and functional boundaries • Act as the single commercial point of contact for all account-related matters, including contract negotiations and escalations • Identify and develop new business opportunities by collaborating with internal stakeholders across DSV divisions • Use industry knowledge, customer data and market trends to shape value propositions and account development plans • Promote operational and commercial alignment across departments to ensure consistent global execution • Monitor financial and performance metrics, including revenue growth, wallet share and customer satisfaction • Drive cross-selling and innovation opportunities to expand DSV’s presence with global customers

🎯 Requirements

• Relevant university degree providing strong analytical and professional foundations • 8–12 years of experience in global account management, business development or commercial leadership roles within logistics, supply chain or related industries • Proven ability to manage complex, multi-regional customer relationships and deliver measurable growth • Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills with experience engaging senior and executive-level stakeholders • Deep understanding of logistics, transportation and supply chain operations, including commercial and financial drivers • Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder-management skills across cultures and organizational levels • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by experience with CRM and performance-management tools • Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage
